Location

  • Where is Boomerang Village Resort ? Our location: Patak Road, Soi 10, Kata –Karon, Phuket 83100, Thailand. (near Kata’s post office).
  • The Resort is located into a small tropical jungle, with lovely hummingbirds, butterflies, squirrels and insects. For your own safety please keep doors and
    windows closed.

Trasportation

  • Do you organise transportation to and from Phuket Airport ? Yes, we provide transportation to and from Phuket Airport by car (850 THB each way, 3 guests max) or by van (1500 THB each way, 7 guests max).
    Airport taxi service Terms and Conditions:
    Please do not forget to put the FLIGHT NUMBER, ARRIVAL DATE & TIME in the time of processing taxi booking.
    IMPORTANT NOTE:
    After immigration and luggage claim please meet our airport representative who is holding a Green sign board “Boomerang Village Resort” Under same name of made the reservation. At the meeting point area (Phuket International Airport). For further assistance upon arrival, please contact us at Tel. +667-6284 480
    • Our airport representative will stand by at the meeting point area maximum 1 hours after flight landing time.
    • In case of flight amendment or cancel the service, please inform us at least 3 hours before original flight landing time.
    • In case not contact us for delayed, missed flight or any case FULL CHARGE.
  • Is there a taxi service at BVResort ?
    Yes, BVR offers its own taxi service with very competitive fare rates for its guests.
  • Is there Parking at BVResort ?
    Yes, there’s free parking for our guests.
  • Is there a shuttle for the beach ?
    Yes, we offer a shuttle service for the beach, but only for KATA beach.

    Resort To Kata Beach Available From 9 – 12 am
    Return To The Resort Available From 4 – 6 pm
  • Is there a car or motorbike rental service ?
    Yes, we have a car and motorbike rental service, our staff will provide you with all the information you need. (International Driving Licence Recommended)
  • Do we have to have insurance ?
    We suggest you have your own personal insurance.
  • Information about Phuket’s Health System ?
    Phuket has an excellent health system thanks to 3 big hospitals equipped with modern technology and good infrastructure.

Resort & Rooms services

  • Is there an Internet Network at BVResort ? Yes, FREE WIFI
  • What are the check-in and check-out times at BVResort ? Check-in for our guests, is at 2.00 PM and check-out is at 12.00 noon. Our guests can take advantage of a luggage store and a bathroom-shower in case they arrive earlier or have to leave in the late afternoon or evening.
  • Breakfast is included at BVResort ?
    Yes, The breakfast is included on room rate. (07.00 AM – 10.30 AM) served at our restaurant.

Terms of Payment & Cancellation

  • What types of payment are accepted at BVResort ? 
  • Credit Card (Visa – MasterCard – American Express – JCB) PayPal
  • Currency (THB – EUR – USD)

Loss, Damage, Or Theft Of Personal Items
The hotel is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of cash, jewelry or other valuables left unattended in guest rooms. Safe deposit boxes are available for the safekeeping of these items.

  • What are the terms of payment and deposit at BVResort ?
    Payment TERMS:
    For stays from 1 to 3 nights:
    Paym. method
    Deposit paid with credit card.: 1 night, pay balance in hotel
    For stays than 4 nights or more:
    Paym. method
    Deposit paid with credit card. (30%), Balance (70%) in hotel upon CHECK-IN with credit card or cash.
  • What’s the cancellation policy at BVResort ?
    Cancellations received over 25 days before arrival won’t incur any fees.
    Cancellations received within 25 days before arrival will incur a fee equivalent to 25% of the reservation value.
    Cancellations received within 10 days before arrival must pay the entire reservation value.
    In the event of non-arrival at the Hotel, this will be considered as a No-Show and no refund will be given.
    Early check-out; the entire reservation value will be charged by the hotel.

Childrens and Extra Beds

  • Infant 0-3 year(s) Stay for free if using existing bedding. Note, if you need a cot, please select 1 children on the reservation module and put Children;s ages: 0-3 years, not there an extra charge.
  • Children 4-12 year(s) Must use an extra bed. Guest over 12 years old are considered as adults.
